Rangers suffered more heartbreak at the hands of city rivals Celtic last weekend, losing 4-0 in the semi-final of the Scottish Cup at Hampden Park.

Now, they must push their attention back to the league and their fight with Aberdeen to finish second in the Scottish Premiership.

There are five games remaining and the Gers have to visit Celtic Park and Pittodrie and only have two home games remaining.

Kenny Miller and Lee Wallace will not be part of the squad after their falling out with manager Graeme Murty. The duo have been suspended by Rangers pending an investigation.

The news was confirmed on Tuesday, following a brief statement from the club.

The statement said Rangers are looking into a “team-related incident”.

The Ibrox club also say they will “make no further comment until this investigation has been completed”.

It is also unlikely Andy Halliday or Daniel Candeias will start after their poor showing on Sunday.
