After finally moving off the foot of the Championship table, Sheffield Wednesday will hunt down Queens Park Rangers just above them with a trip away to Norwich City also seeing the home side have a chance at closing the gap on the playoffs.

Norwich City vs Sheffield Wednesday prediction – Betting tips & odds

Hot Tip – Norwich to win

  • Sheffield Wednesday have been down in the relegation zone since practically the first kick of a ball in the Championship
  • The Owls have also lost the most games in the league with 13
  • Norwich’s form has greatly improved after a tough start and lost only one of their past five games

We have also backed Norwich City to win because of how Wednesday have secured only three wins all season long. In fact, the Owls registered just their third clean sheet of the season when they beat Stoke City 1-0 last time out.

Player to Watch: Adam Idah

Although six Championship goals from 19 appearances is nothing to shout about, Adam Idah continues to be Norwich’s key figure for goals in the midst of more injuries for Jonathan Rowe and Josh Sargeant.

Idah has double the goals of Wednesday’s top scorer and will no doubt get plenty of chances in this game.
