Colon vs Tigre Lineups, Team Information, Match Preview
Colon
After winning only once in their last ten games, the situation at Colon is not over-positive. The team is still in a good position when it comes to relegation with a seven-point advantage over the last team in the standings Arsenal Sarandi, but that circumstance could change soon enough.
Provisional lineup: Chicco, Meza, Nardelli, Goltz, Garces, Delgado, Farias, Perlaza, Vega, Pierotti, Abila.
Tigre
The biggest problem that the visiting team has this season is the lack of scoring. The fact that Mateo Retegui scored exactly half of all the goals that the team earned this season shows that this squad is overly dependent on a single player. Martin Ortega and Ijiel Protti are out through injury.
Provisional lineup: Marinelli, Prieto, Luciatti, Aguilera, Cabrera, Garay, Castro, Cardozo, Menossi, Retegui, Armoa Nunez.
Player to Watch: Mateo Retegui
Tigre is far from being called one of the best teams in Argentina, but the club at least has a top-five striker in the league this season in Mateo Retegui. The Argentine-born Italy national team player has been on a tear this season scoring eleven goals in 20 matches while playing most of the minutes available. He has been a part of creating or scoring more than half of all the goals his team scored this term.
Retegui has been on loan for the majority of the last four years from his club Boca Juniors who, it seems, don't need his services. He played for Estudiantes, Talleres, and finally Tigre where he made a name for himself. Even though he was born in Argentina, Retegui decided that he wants to play for Italy and in three appearances he scored a couple of goals.
Starting lineups
Starting lineups are usually released 60 minutes before kick-off.
