We start our predictions for this game by sitting on the fence as we call a draw. Stoke, as we've touched on already, are winless in four games but Blackburn aren't exactly ripping things up either ; they've lost each of their last two league games by three goals to nil. On top of recent form not exactly offering up a winner, the head to head record between these two paints a picture that doesn't have much in it. Here we have two teams that can't buy a win
Blackburn had started the season in spectacular fashion with new manager John Dahl Tomasson but that feel good factor has disappeared a little now. They do, however, still have better morale than Stoke. For different reasons, both teams really could do with a win; they should go at it hammer and tong.
