Al-Raed vs Al Shabab betting tips
Al-Raed haven't been good this season and although their supporters will be hopeful of a recovery, we can't see it happening against Al Shabab who have looked solid over the course of their first 12 games of the season. Despite that, Al Raed are usually good for a goal at home so don't put anything past them.

Al-Raed odds: 5/2 (3.5) – 28.6%
Draw odds: 13/5 (3.60) – 27.8%
Al Shabab odds: 4/5 (1.8) – 55.6%
The bookmakers have Al Shabab as the favourites for this one, but they perhaps aren't as short as you would expect when you consider the form of the two teams. At 55.6%, the probability of an away win is around double of an Al-Raed win or draw which makes the double chance market worth a consideration.
Al-Raed vs Al Shabab lineups and latest team news
Al-Raed
Al-Raed had a decent season in the Saudi Pro League last season but the summer influx of football superstars to the league has had a detrimental impact on their fortunes this time around. Igor Jovićević's side have won just once all season but will hoping that their home support can help them to a positive result against Al Shabab on Thursday.
Last time out, they drew 0-0 with the well-fancied Al-Ettifaq who are managed by Steven Gerrard. Goalkeeper, Moreira, had a night to remember and Al Raed will need him in similar form on Thursday if they are to thwart Al Shabab.
Predicted lineup
Moreira – Al Jayzani, Whaeshi, Gonzalez, Al Fahad, Al Subaie – Al Beshe, Normann, Fouzair – Tavares, Al Berkaoui
Al Shabab
After a strong start to the season, Al Shabab then endured a five-game stretch without a win in the Saudi Pro League. They have since bounced back with back-to-back wins and now sit comfortably in mid table. Under the guidance of former Liverpool player, Igor Biscan, the club are unlikely to replicate last season's fourth-placed finish due to the new money in the league, however, a win on Thursday is expected.
Biscan likes his team to express themselves and a key to that is the form of Yannick Carasco and Ever Banega. Both players have pedigree in European football and huge expectation is on their shoulders.
Predicted lineup
Kim – Al Saqour, Iago Santos, Saiss, Harbush – Cuellar, Banega, Al Qahtani – Bahbri, Carrasco, Diallo
